    Working with James Gaylord and his team at TDC Excavating has been incredible. It started with one project — building a large limestone retaining wall at my home — and quickly expanded once I saw the quality of their work. They handled everything from sidewalk repairs and backyard grading to extending my driveway and pouring a new pad for my propane tank. Now they’re my go-to crew for all my properties. James has fresh ideas, creative solutions, and the right people for every phase of the job. I can’t say enough good things about the way he runs his business — dependable, skilled, and easy to work with from start to finish.

    James has done two projects for us. He poured a cement patio and cleared and leveled a site for a new farm building. In both cases he and his crew did an excellent job and went above and beyond to make us happy. I highly recommend TDC Excavating to anyone and would hire him again in the future if the need arises.

    James did the excavation work for our pool to be installed and then did the concrete around it once it was installed. James does quality work! He communicates and shows up when he says he is going to. Pricing was very fair. We will have James do more work in the future.

    Great experience - efficient, cost effective, and quality work. One of the things we look for is timeliness, either with response or completion of the job, which didn't miss the mark! We liked the work Jim did so much, he'll be coming back out to do some concrete work.

    Super happy with the way James and TDC Excavating worked honestly, quickly, creatively, and fairly to complete our backyard project. They showed up when they said they would, did the hard work and were very accommodating to our needs. TDC proceeded with professionalism and knowledge on how to best handle the project. James answered all of our questions, even after the job was complete. We are appreciative!!

    I would like to thank James of TDC Excavating for the phenomenal work he did for us. We had a problem with water coming up from under the driveway. James was very prompt and explained a french drain would be the best solution. James is very knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with.     They were very professional. The estimate was 100% accurate. They were quick and did an excellent job. I have no issues the sum pad that they created for us for our vehicles works beautifully looks fantastic. All the work they did was top notch I would highly recommend and plan on any future cement work that I need done having them do it because they are very affordable and very friendly and very nice would highly recommend anybody looking to get any work done involving cement or around your home

    I’d give TDC Excavating more than five stars if Google offered that option. I am completely pleased with the workmanship and the price was very fair. Final cost was less than I was expecting.

    I had a rough idea on how to transform our backyard from a water collecting swamp to an area the grandkids could enjoy, and contacted James as he had helped me out before. He developed a plan that both the wife and I were excited about, and the work began. We couldn't have asked for a better crew. Reliable, creative, great guys. Checked in multiple times during the day with both of us to get our input and ensured we were all on the same page. The project continued to grow as the work progressed, but James and his crew didn't miss a beat. No surprises, and we got much more than what we originally expected. The final product was outstanding and the cost much lower than other estimates. Way more than 5 stars!
